An ostrich escaped from a farm and rushed onto a road in Fushan, a city in the south of China, leaving a stream of vehicles trailing behind. Drivers were unimpressed by the big bird dancing along the road ahead of them, however. Fearing an accident, they roughly dragged the ostrich to the side of the road. A policeman soon arrived, brought the ostrich some water and took it back to the police station. But unfortunately, the blood-stained ostrich was dead. The policeman speculated that the individuals who forced the bird from the road were responsible for its end.
